Our winged privacy slats are the most private vinyl fence insert we carry. Winged slats have tabs on both sides of the slat that are almost "fringed" which provide both more privacy than the slightly less expensive Top-Locking Slats" and also serve to hold the slat securely when inserted into the chain link fence.
Aluminum Slats
Yes, we still carry the "old-school" chain link slats if you would like to repair existing fence. This style of chain link fence privacy slat is great if you're looking to mix colors into a diamond-shaped pattern. They're constructed of 100% extruded aluminum, so they'll never rust, but not recommended for areas where they may get dinged or dented.
Permanent Hedge Privacy Slats for Chain Link Fence
Hedge slats create a natural hedge look on chain link fence, which requires no maintenance, water or trimming. Core is made with two 16 gauge galvanized wires twisted together. Fits most mesh sizes: 1 3/4", 2", 2 1/4" and 2 3/8". The smaller the mesh size the more privacy.
